STEP 1: Building your muscles:

Generally people who are underweight may not have muscle mass. Hence it will be definitely important to build your muscle mass if you are thinking how to gain weight. You can gain muscle mass by doing some weights, squats and full body workouts. Ask your physical trainer, how to gain weight. Make sure you take enough rests in between and also drink lots of water while you are working out.

STEP 2: Take care of your eating habits and include some whole foods in your diet:

STEP 3: Take care to eat more:

If you want to know how to gain weight, you will have to eat more food. You can have meals in frequent intervals like once in three hours. This will improve your metabolism. You have to eat breakfast to remain healthy and gain weight. Don't ever skip your breakfast as it forms the most important meal of the day. After you workout, you will have to eat and make sure your meal contains lots of carbohydrates and proteins.

Make sure you eat enough calories for the day and keep a track of your calorie intake.
