Fat Loss Factor Before & After Pictures

So you are overweight and sick of it! You have made up your mind to start a diet plan and stick to it until you are thin. Nowadays if you search the internet for diets, most of them focus on fat loss. You will see diet after diet talking about fat: fat around the middle, belly fat, and how to lose your belly fat.

Fat loss is what it is all about today! Belly fat is dangerous. You are setting yourself up for heart problems. This is why so many diet plans are focusing on fat loss to lose belly fat and ultimately lose weight. Work on losing the belly fat as soon as possible to help prevent developing heart disease.

Before you start another diet please note. There are many factors working against your succeeding on this diet. After all, I am sure this is not your first diet. How many diets have you started and quit before this? The odds are definitely against your losing weight and keeping it off!
There are things you can do to better your odds. Before you start a new diet plan, understand that you need to make a long-term commitment to change your lifestyle eating habits. Make small changes in your diet. Do not try to change everything at once. Focus on losing weight with a diet plan that generates fat loss.
Set yourself up to win this battle with your weight by using these 5 tips.

1. Get a positive attitude. Have positive talks with yourself. For example, start your day off with statements such as "Today I eat healthy." "Today I eat apples for snacks." " I like myself." Whatever you decide to tell yourself, do it at least ten times each morning and do it every morning. You can teach yourself to think positively.

2. Take pictures of yourself as you are today. Make sure the pictures show your fat. You will post them throughout your house to remind you to stay on your diet!

3. Make notes emphasizing why you want to lose weight. Post these notes and the pictures you took in step 2 all over the house. Stick them on the refrigerator door and the cupboard door, since this is probably where you will go late at night to cheat on your diet. (I know you would not be caught cheating on your diet!)
You can run through the house and remove the notes and the pictures if you are having company over!

4. Search for foods you can eat that trigger fat loss. There are lots of lists on the internet.

5. Make an exercise plan. Make it simple. Start off slow. For example, begin by doing ten sit ups and increase the number each week until you can easily do thirty. If you hate doing sit ups, then jump a rope, do jumping jacks, walk, run, or start using a Hula Hoop.

Find some exercise you like to do. You will lose weight faster!
When you are tempted to eat, go do your exercises. Get a good book to read. Call a friend for support. Have a cup of tea or a glass of water. Find something to do to distract you from thinking about food!
Do not sit there and take it. Take positive action. Remember you are in this for the duration of your life. Fat loss leads to weight loss and a new thinner you!
Take care until another day!
